The Mindset Shift To Feel Whole And Complete In Every Moment

Have you ever wondered what’s the secret to feeling whole and complete in every single moment of your life? What kind of mindset do you need to not feel like something is lacking or missing in your life now? We all experience moments of feeling incomplete, dissatisfied, lacking or discontented in our lives. We all have our lists of dreams and goals that are not here yet and that we are still wanting to manifest. But at the same time, we also know that focusing on lack and feeling incomplete can hinder us from manifesting these desires.

So how can we solve this…

One day, as I was having my afternoon walk, I just came to realize something. I realized that one key component to feeling whole and complete in every moment (while still having our lists of desires) is to have the mindset that “wherever I am right now and whatever it is that I’m doing right now is exactly where I am meant to be and exactly what I am meant to be doing right now. That in this moment, everything that I need is right here. There is nothing that’s missing or lacking in order for me to be exactly where I am right now, doing exactly what I’m doing now.”

And this is the mindset that you can carry with you in every moment that you’re in. You are in effect telling yourself that this present moment is good as it is, and that what I’m doing (or not doing) is exactly right for me in this moment. Nothing is wrong. Nothing is missing. Nothing needs to happen differently other than what is happening right now. And whatever it is that I’ll be doing next will also be good, and is exactly what I’m meant to be doing next. I cannot get this wrong.

So it means whether you are cooking a meal, reading a book, listening to a podcast, talking to a friend, or running an errand, you can start viewing every single thing that you do in every moment as exactly what’s meant for you, and that you are never missing out on anything and do not need to be experiencing anything differently than what’s here now. Right now is complete.

Imaging how freeing and unpressured your now moments will be, when you are not worrying or obsessing if you’re doing something wrong or if things should happen differently, or if you are missing out on something. Imagine how peaceful you will feel when you have the mindset that this moment is perfect as it is, and I’m just fully present with it. And I trust that whatever needs to happen next will be inspired through me, as long as I stay content and satisfied with this present moment.

I believe that having this energy and vibration will not only bring you peace and happiness, but it will also open you up to all manners of inspiration, insights, and ideas you will need for the next present moments of your life.
