Affirmations for calm mind, inner peace and relaxation are a powerful tool to help change your mood, reprogram your state of mind, and manifest the ease and calm that you desire in life. It programs the mind to think and feel a certain way, and assists in cultivating relaxation and calmness in your thoughts and emotions, thereby manifesting inner peace in your daily life, amidst the chaos and noises on the outside.
Using positive affirmations can release you from anxiety and negativity, and bring ease and relief into your body and mind. Below are 12 affirmations from my Kindle ebook 101 Affirmations For Relaxation, Calmness and Inner Peace.
Remember to consciously “breathe” into the affirmation while you are saying it, and feel the relief and calming energy of these words.

I am unconditionally accepting of myself. Right now, I am enough as I am.
With every inhale, I feel a sense of peace and calm flowing through me. I am grateful for this.

It is best to recite each one slowly, taking your time, and begin the momentum for a relaxing pace that suits you. These can be repeated over and over, and allowed to be cultivated into your mind. All the 101 statements in the book would take about 15 to 20 minutes daily, which is equivalent to a daily meditation practice.
Over time, you would be seeing positive changes in your daily mood and responses to your environment. You will be developing the calmness, serenity and peace that you naturally have inside of you.
